The Antietam Battlefield Leadership Seminar is a one-day offsite experience at Antietam National Battlefield in Sharpsburg, Maryland. This is not a history tour. The battlefield is used as a lens to evaluate modern leadership. Standing where historic leaders stood, participants examine decisions, consequences, and apply lessons to their own organizations.
