Jody served as a Virginia State Trooper for approximately six and half years before joining the FBI. While at the FBI, Jody worked violent crimes, bank robberies, drug cartels, organized crime, public corruption/civil rights, and cyber investigations. He was a SWAT Operator and a Crisis Negotiator. Jody, and his dear friend John Driscoll, taught Leadership Development at Gettysburg and Antietam to the Intelligence Community, DoD, and Federal Law Enforcement for over 15 years.
Jody and John also taught the Strategic Thinking Workshop to leaders across the Federal Government. He is now offering these courses to private sector clients.
