The Gettysburg Battlefield Leadership Seminar is a one-day, offsite experience at Gettysburg National Military Park. Designed for senior and executive-level leaders, the seminar combines interactive discussions and historical insight to help participants reflect on their personal leadership style. This is not a history lesson. Instead, the battlefield serves as a backdrop to explore leadership under pressure. Participants stand where leaders once stood, consider the decisions they made, and apply those lessons to modern-day challenges.
The day concludes with a discussion of the Gettysburg Address—how it was written, what it means, and why it still challenges leaders today.
